Trent Reznor, Lil Nas X and Kacey Musgraves are among the early winners at the 53rd annual CMA Awards. Is this a harbinger of change at the awards?
"Old Town Road (Remix)" by Lil Nas X f/Billy Ray Cyrus, produced by YoungKio, Reznor and Atticus Ross, was named CMA Musical Event of the Year, while Musgraves video for "Rainbow," directed by Hannah Lux Davis, won the the trophy for CMA Music Video of the Year. Maddie & Tae revealed the winners this morning on ABC’s Good Morning America.

The CMA Awards, hosted by Carrie Underwood with special guest hosts Reba McEntire and Dolly Parton, will be broadcast tonight from Bridgestone Arena in Nashville at 8/7c on ABC.
