WMG BUYS 12TONE

Warner Music Group is acquiring the assets of Doug Morris’ 12Tone Music, whose roster boasts Anderson .Paak and the 88 Rising collective that includes Joji.

The deal is expected to close toward the end of July, with Morris remaining actively engaged in the label's day-to-day operations.

Morris founded 12Tone in 2018 and has released music by Lauren Daigle, ILLENIUM and Dolly Parton, among others. WMG's ADA has been the label's distributor.
