Previously announced performers include Nicki Minaj, Anitta, Marshmello & Khalid, J. Balvin, Panic! at the Disco and Kane Brown.
Måneskin will perform hit single "Supermodel," marking the band's first awards-show performance in the U.S. The quartet is up for two awards, including Best New Artist and Best Alternative.
Harlow is tied with Kendrick Lamar and Lil Nas X for the most nominations, with seven nods.
BLACKPINK's performance will be its U.S. awards-show debut and first live rendition of new single "Pink Venom."
