METRO BOOMIN x AMAZON MUSIC: THE POST-GAME SHOW

Boominati/Republic’s Metro Boomin performed Thursday night (10/12) for Amazon Music Live. Guests included Post Malone, Offset and Nav, among others.

Just before Metro’s performance, Amazon Music Head of Music Industry Partnerships (and Atlanta-family booster) Phylicia Fant (left), who is incredibly cool, was corralled into the photo op above with HITS weasel Simon Glickman, who is, um, not.

The mega-producer and ATL native front-loaded his set with hits “Superhero (Heroes & Villains),” “Big Rings” and “Creepin’,” to name but a few. He also brought out an array of compatriots: Nav for “Calling” and Offset for “Mask Off” and “Bad and Boujee.” Offset, for his part, performed tracks from his new album, SET IT OFF, and Posty delivered “Congratulations," from his set Stoney.

The AML stage will welcome Peso Pluma on 10/19 and Latto on 10/26. The program's return led with featured artists Ed Sheeran, Feid and Lil Durk. Hosted by 2 Chainz, the weekly concert series airs after Thursday Night Football. Performances are filmed live in L.A. in front of an audience. Tickets are available via DICE by invitation only.
