EMILIA IS READY FOR HER CLOSE-UP

Argentine urbano-pop star Emilia appears poised for a boffo 2024. Having dropped her sophomore album, .mp3 (Sony Latin/WK Records), on 11/3, she recently sold out 10 dates at Buenos Aires’ Movistar Arena in under 10 hours, surpassing Latin icon Luis Miguel for the most sell-outs at the venue.

The Walter Kolm-repped musician-actress-model hit #1 on Spotify’s Argentina chart three times in 2023; her track “La_Original.mp3” f/TINI currently occupies the top spot in the region. Emilia (pictured with Kolm) also participated in Los Del Espacio, the supergroup of Argentine A-listers that includes Duki, Lit Killah, Maria Becerra and Tiago PZK. Its eponymous first single was #1 in Argentina for a month and reached the Top 20 of Spotify’s global chart.

Since its release in November, .mp3 has already earned 350m+ streams. The album has elevated Emilia’s monthly listeners constituency on Spotify to 15.7m, placing her in the top 5 most-listened-to Latin female artists. Check out the latest and greatest from Emilia below.
