BLACK CROWES TAKE FLIGHT AGAIN

The Black Crowes will follow the release of their first album in 15 years with a headlining tour this spring. The outing will hit 35 cities in North America and Europe.

The tour in support of Happiness Bastards, which comes out 3/15 via the band’s Silver Arrow Records, starts at the Grand Ole Opry House in Nashville on 4/2 and heads to L.A. Greek Theatre on 4/12 and NYC’s Radio City Music Hall on 4/27. The North American leg wraps in Philadelphia on 5/7; they’ll play 14 shows in Europe between 5/14 and 6/9.

Presales start Tuesday (1/23), with the general on-sale beginning Friday (1/26).

The Red Light-managed band has released the first single from Happiness Bastards, “Wanting and Waiting.”

In case you were wondering, 2024 marks the 40th year since The Black Crowes were founded and, according to the PR, the Robinson brothers “are leaving their bullshit behind and coming together to celebrate their mutual love for rock ‘n’ roll.” Even we can’t make that one up.
