A DOUBLE DOSE OF DOUBLE P

Música Mexicana newcomer Tito Double P joined label boss Peso Pluma in the Top 20 on last week's album chart with INCÓMODO, which was among the top debuts; Pluma's ÉXODO held at #15, while Tito's album entered the chart at #20.

Both albums arrive via Double P Records, Pluma's label in partnership with Prajin Parlay. INCÓMODO's bow not only ranks among the year's top Latin debuts on the all-genre chart but also marks the first time this year that a single label has had two Latin albums in the Top 20. Pluma's 2023 set, GÉNESIS, climbed to #36, giving the label three albums in the Top 40.

Meanwhile, Peso is in the middle of his Live Nation-produced ÉXODO Tour, which just completed a Northern California run with sold-out arenas in San Jose, Sacramento and San Francisco.

Speaking of Tito's, we may have overdone it with the doubles during the extended weekend.
