Nicki Minaj has decided to scrap plans for a deluxe version of Pink Friday 2 in favor of an entirely new album, the iconically titled Pink Friday 3.
In an X message to her fans, the Young Money/Republic juggernaut promised to "announce the new date within the next couple weeks," adding, "The new music is just too good to be thrown away on a deluxe album. Last night, the songs I recorded were just way too iconic."
Pink Friday 2, which arrived in December 2023, debuted at #1 and has earned 1.52m in ATD in the U.S. Minaj's Live Nation-supported Pink Friday 2 World Tour continues in Dallas on Tuesday (9/17). A full list of dates can be found here.
