SONY HITS VEGAS PARLAY

Afo Verde’s Sony Latin swept the major categories at the Latin Grammys last week, picking up wins for Song and Record of the Year with Jorge Drexler & C. Tangana’s “Tocarte,” as well as ROSALĺA’s second Album of the Year trophy, for MOTOMAMI. If you watched the broadcast, you heard a handful of winners, including Christina Aguilera, Drexler and Christian Nodal, graciously thank the Sony Latin chief, who’s secured AOTY three times in the last four years.

Adele completed Sony's parlay on Friday, taking over the Las Vegas Strip as her hotly anticipated Weekends With Adele residency commenced.

Add a haul of major Grammy noms for the label group’s biggest stars and SME has plenty to be jolly about heading into the holidays.
